Check In /Check Out
Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out is 12:00 noon. We highly recommend that all participants reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding full payment.
Please note: Rates for Local participants are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 17%). Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Kenes Israel.

- Prior to January 26, 2020 – full refund less a $35 handling fee
- From January 27, 2020 up to February 9, 2020 – 50% refund from total reservation amount
- From February 10, 2020 – total reservation non-refundable
In the event of non-arrival the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable.
Late Arrival /Early Departure Fee
If you arrive later or leave earlier than said dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Kenes Israel reserves the right to change the requested hotel to that of a similar grade or better. Kenes Israel and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
