*Abstracts may be submitted only through the website. Other methods will not be examined. Please read the rules of submission before submitting your abstract.

Rules for Abstract Submission:

  • The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts, and once complete, you will get information about the type of presentation you will present.
    Please note: all abstracts information about acceptance into the program will follow.
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English and spelling quality that is suitable for publication.
  • Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the abstract has is revised and that all information is correct. The content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission, and the author is aware that it will be published as submitted.
  • The abstract submission constitutes acceptance of the authors regarding its publication (e.g., conference website, programs, conference Facebook page, other promotions, etc.).
  • The Abstract Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the exclusive owner or has the rights of all the information and content (Hereafter: “Content”) provided to The 18th CBRC Biennial Meeting and Kenes Israel (Hereafter: “The Organizers”). The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
  • Submitted abstracts containing research by clinical trials on human or animal subjects must be approved by the Helsinki Committee or by the local Institutional Review Board.
  • The organizers have the right to remove any abstract which does not comply with the above.
  • Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the contact details saved in the system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract, and will be responsible for informing the other authors about the state of the abstract.
  • For participants submitting abstracts, payment will only be taken following the scientific committee’s selection of submitted abstracts for oral or poster presentation.

 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  • Presenting author’s contact details 
    • Title, full first and last name(s)
    • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
    • Email address
    • Daytime and evening phone number
  • Author and co-authors’ details
    • Title, full first and last name(s)
    • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
  • Abstract Title – limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE
  • Abstract Body – limited to 300 words
  • References may be inserted within the space allocated for the abstract but no figures, diagrams or frames are acceptable.
  • Abstract Layout – abstracts should use the following structured format:
      • Introduction/ Background
      • Methods/ Materials
      • Results
      • Conclusions
      • References (Optional)
